Kimberly A Burk – President
As President of Pinnacle Erosion Control, Kimberly provides leadership to position Pinnacle at the forefront of the Erosion Control industry. Kimberly’s continual efforts are on the strategic plan to advance the company’s mission / objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. In addition, overseeing company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources are just another part of the responsibilities.
Ken Steich – Operations Manager
As Operation Manager, Ken plans, directs, and coordinates activities of all Pinnacle projects to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters. This includes project spec’ing and bidding, client relations, new client prospecting, the layout of the project phases overall, equipment / resource planning and projections, job material ordering, final billing and project cost allocations.
Nik Dudukovich – Junior Estimator
As an Assistant Operation Manager, Nik assist the Operations Manager in planning, directing and coordinating activities of all Pinnacle projects to ensure that the goals or objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding perimeters. In addition, the assistant assist with project bidding, laying out the project phases and ensures projects are completed in a timely fashion while maintaining our highly integrity.
Matt Miller – Supervisor
Supervisor plans and schedules the resources for all Pinnacle projects to ensure that projects are completed within prescribed timeframe and cost parameters. This includes managing people resources, equipment, material and project completion timeframes. As part of the planning process, the Supervisor may need to travel to the project site to understand the amount of resources needed and the estimated time for project completion. The Supervisor also works closely with client Project Managers to determine efficient Pinnacle crew scheduling within overall project timeline.
